Terms
The rules for using sprint. The short version: prices are all-in, you can cancel free up to 24 hours before your session, and the venue runs your session while we run the booking.

What sprint is
Sprint is a booking platform. Venues list their facilities and set their own prices. You book and pay through sprint, and sprint processes your payment on the venue's behalf.
The venue provides the facility and your session. Sprint provides the platform that connects you.
At some tracks that have not yet joined sprint., we can still book for you. We do this as your agent, on the track's own booking system, in your name. These are called concierge bookings and the section "Bookings we make for you" below explains how they differ.
Your contract under these terms is with CDSJ Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17339930, whose registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA, trading as sprint.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account, and the details you give us must be accurate.
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
We can suspend or close accounts used to abuse the platform, other users, or venues.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when your payment succeeds, except for concierge bookings, which are confirmed when the track confirms (see "Bookings we make for you"). You will get a confirmation with your ticket by email and in your account.
The price you see before checkout is the full price. There are no fees added afterwards.
Bring your ticket to the venue and follow their entry process.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are set by each venue and shown before you pay.
For tracks on sprint., we take payment on the venue's behalf and pass the venue its share. For concierge bookings, the payment is for our booking service and the session, as explained below.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session starts, for a full refund to your original payment method.
Inside 24 hours, the booking is charged and is not refundable.
If the venue cancels your session, you get a full refund.
This applies to concierge bookings too.
Group bookings
Where group booking is offered: the organiser pays a deposit to hold the slot and invites others to pay their share. The exact deposit, share prices, and what happens if the group does not fill are shown before the organiser commits, and those figures form part of the booking.
The cancellation window above applies to group bookings too.
Bookings we make for you
What happens. When you ask us to book a session at a track marked "book on sprint." that has not joined sprint., you appoint us as your agent for that booking only. You authorise us to: (a) book the session, date and time you chose with the track, in your name; (b) accept the track's booking terms on your behalf for that booking; (c) pay the track on your behalf; and (d) receive and deal with the track's messages about that booking. We will never make a booking, or accept any terms, that you have not asked for.
Who you are contracting with. Your contract for the session is with the track, and the track's terms and rules apply to it. Your contract with us is for our booking service. We keep a record of the track's terms that applied to each booking, and you can ask us for a copy at any time.
Price and our fee. The price you see is the full price. It includes the track's price for the session and our booking fee, which is 20% of the track's price. Your receipt shows both.
How payment works. When you tap pay, we place a hold on your payment method. Nothing is charged at that point. We then book and pay the track from our own funds. Only once the track has confirmed your booking do we take your payment, to reimburse us for the track's price and to pay our fee. If the track does not confirm within 20 minutes, we cancel the hold and nothing is charged. Overnight, between 10pm and 8am UK time, bookings are confirmed in the morning instead: we aim to confirm by 8am, and we cancel the hold if the track has not confirmed by 8:20am.
Booking straight away. By tapping pay you ask us to make the booking immediately. Our booking service is complete once the track confirms, and from then on the cancellation rules below apply rather than any cooling-off period. Sessions at a fixed date and time are not covered by the 14-day cooling-off period.
Cancellations. The same rules apply as for any sprint. booking: cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts for a full refund, including our booking fee; inside 24 hours the booking is not refundable. When you cancel, we cancel the booking with the track for you. If the track cancels the session or is closed, you get a full refund, including our booking fee.
Your details. Give us your real first and last name: the track will check it on arrival. A concierge booking is in your name and cannot be transferred.
At the track. Your ticket in the app shows the track's reference and how to get in. There is no QR code. Some tracks ask you to fill in a health or waiver form on arrival; only you can do that and we will never do it for you.
Our responsibility. We are responsible for making your booking with reasonable care and skill and for refunding you as set out above. The track is responsible for the session, the facility and safety on site.
At the venue
Follow the venue's rules and the instructions of its staff. The venue is responsible for the facility, its equipment, and safety on site.
A venue can refuse entry for behaviour that puts others at risk. Refunds in that situation are at the venue's discretion.
Our responsibility
We provide sprint with reasonable care and skill, but we are a booking platform: we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of venues, or for your session itself.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will let you know before it takes effect. Using sprint after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
Questions about these terms, and any formal notice given under them, should go to legal@sprintnow.co. For help with a booking, the help page is faster.
