Termini

The rules for using sprint. The short version: prices are all-in, you can cancel free up to 24 hours before your session, and the venue runs your session while we run the booking.

What sprint is

Sprint is a booking platform. Venues list their facilities and set their own prices. You book and pay through sprint, and sprint processes your payment on the venue's behalf.

The venue provides the facility and your session. Sprint provides the platform that connects you.

Your contract under these terms is with CDSJ Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17339930, whose registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA, trading as sprint.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account, and the details you give us must be accurate.

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

We can suspend or close accounts used to abuse the platform, other users, or venues.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when your payment succeeds. You will get a confirmation with your ticket by email and in your account.

The price you see before checkout is the full price. There are no fees added afterwards.

Bring your ticket to the venue and follow their entry process.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are set by each venue and shown before you pay.

Sprint takes payment on the venue's behalf and passes the venue its share.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session starts, for a full refund to your original payment method.

Inside 24 hours, the booking is charged and is not refundable.

If the venue cancels your session, you get a full refund.

Group bookings

Where group booking is offered: the organiser pays a deposit to hold the slot and invites others to pay their share. The exact deposit, share prices, and what happens if the group does not fill are shown before the organiser commits, and those figures form part of the booking.

The cancellation window above applies to group bookings too.

At the venue

Follow the venue's rules and the instructions of its staff. The venue is responsible for the facility, its equipment, and safety on site.

A venue can refuse entry for behaviour that puts others at risk. Refunds in that situation are at the venue's discretion.

Our responsibility

We provide sprint with reasonable care and skill, but we are a booking platform: we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of venues, or for your session itself.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will let you know before it takes effect. Using sprint after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep any protections your local law gives you.

Questions about these terms, and any formal notice given under them, should go to legal@sprintnow.co. For help with a booking, the help page is faster.
