Who we are

Sprint is a booking platform for athletics tracks and sports facilities. Sprint is a trading name of CDSJ Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17339930, whose registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.

When you use sprint, CDSJ Limited is the data controller for the personal data described on this page.

For anything about your data, including the rights set out below, email privacy@sprintnow.co. For anything else, the help page is the fastest route.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, and the sign-in method you use (email, Google, or Apple).

Bookings: the sessions you book, cancel, or get refunded, and the venues they are at.

Payments: handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

How you found us: if you arrive through a referral link or enter a code, we remember it so we can credit the right person and understand what works.

Usage analytics, only with your consent: if you choose allow on our consent banner, we collect usage events and masked session recordings through PostHog to improve the product. Anything you type is hidden in recordings. If you decline, analytics runs without storing anything on your device.

Error reports: if something breaks, technical details about the error go to Sentry so we can fix it. These reports are configured not to include your personal details.

Messages: anything you send us through feedback or support.

How we use it

To run your bookings and payments, and send you booking confirmations and receipts. We need this to provide the service you asked for.

To improve sprint, using analytics you have consented to.

To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and fix problems. This is in our legitimate interest in running a working, safe platform.

To respond when you contact us.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in, and we never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

The venue you book: they see your name and booking details so they can admit you and run their facility.

Stripe, for payments.

The providers that host and power sprint: Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics, EU region), Sentry (error monitoring, EU region), and Resend (emails). Each acts under contract and only on our instructions.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in. They are always on because the service does not work without them.

An attribution cookie remembers how you found sprint, for example a referral link.

Analytics cookies are set only after you choose allow on the consent banner. If you say no, nothing beyond the essentials is stored on your device.

Where your data lives

Our analytics and error monitoring run in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, the transfer is protected by recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active.

If you delete your account, your personal details are removed. Past bookings are kept for the venues' records but are no longer linked to you.

Payment records are kept for as long as tax and financial rules require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format.

You can delete your account yourself from your profile at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@sprintnow.co. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we will let you know on the site or by email before it takes effect.
